How you can possibly justify and be OK with sending someone who is NOT A CRIMINAL in any way shape or form, and entirely within their Constitutional rights to CHOOSE NOT to buy health insurance to JAIL and FINE THEM ON TOP OF THAT?
The radical nature of the Democratic party is being exposed piece by piece and this is just a small sample of the RETARDS we have in Congress. I say Democrats as a whole because there is not 1 Republican or Independent that would vote to SEND THEIR CONSTITUENTS TO JAIL FOR EXERCISING THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
