Wow, the audacity of Democrats and Barak Obama to try and finance and support illegal aliens who BROKE THE LAW, by spending and giving them access to AMERICAN TAX PAYER MONEY IS A TREASONOUS ACTION.
Simply put, you need a drivers license to get into a bar to have a beer in the Untied States, and yet our most important right as an American citizen is to vote, and you're telling me that me are not going to allow someone to PROVE they are a US citizen before voting? Now, we have the health care debacle.. because frankly that is what it is, a DEBACLE. Now Barak Obama and the Democrats want to use American tax payers' money to subsides ILLEGAL ALIENS.
What part of NOT REWARDING LAW BREAKERS DOES CONGRESS AND THE DEMOCRATS NOT UNDERSTAND?!!!!! This is simply outrageous that Barak Obama and the Democrats are giving away US citizens money to ILLEGAL ALIENS - these are people who broke the law and are currently flaunting it in our faces. We need to come up with a more drastic approach to this issue, Illegal Immigration, because it is at the core of a multitude of America's problems. Illegal immigrants are breaking our education system, our Health-Care system, our Social Security, and our Real Estate system.
Illegal immigrants as a whole deteriorate the value of America, and more importantly by them being rewarded for breaking our laws and allowed to stay in the US without any consequences is an affront and a slap in the face of the people who came to the US LEGALLY and became a US citizen the RIGHT WAY. How come this is such a diminished topic? The value of LEGAL versus ILLEGAL immigrants? I am all for rewarding those who come here by the book and do it the right way, sure it is a pain in the ass to go through, but almost everything in this world that is worth anything of value has some struggle to achieving it. That's what makes it so worthwhile when you get it. It is not jsut a piece of paper, you are joining in into a free society and you have done so the proper way and you should be rewarded for doing so. However, if you come here illegally and are here to mooch off of our goodwill and not contribute, you should be, and will be hated in this country, for those who come here illegally are spitting in the face of everyone who DID come here legally and value their citizenship to this great country.
Yes. America is a nation of immigrants, but we are a nation of LEGAL immigrants. We are peopel who value our freedom, but alwso value structure, and a society that has laws and lives by those laws. When the law that governs who has a right to live in our great free society is broken and those lawbreakers are actively ruining their host country, actively undermining it - WE AS AMERICANS HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO GET FORCEFUL IN REMOVING THESE ILLEGAL PEOPLE FROM OUR LANDS AND FORCEFULLY PROTECTING OUR BORDES TO NOT ALLOW THEM TO COME BACK INTO THE USA. This is the most basic right - and it shall be enforced.
Heath-Care is jsut one component of the problem that illegal immigration has and is having on Americans, it is a core issue that no one wants to talk about or admit is the problem because it is some dirty little secret that we all have a house maid who is illegal, or has a friend who is illegal or knows someone who knows someone who is illegal. Well, frankly put it is that lackadaisical attitude which got the USA to the breaking point it is now. So, Americans, we have come to a point in our nations life where we must make a choice, a hard one no doubt, but a necessary one indeed:
Do we continue on the path to certain bankruptcy and destruction as a nation, allowing the law not to be enforced?
OR
Do we finally stand up and say enough is enough - 'it has come down to US citizen or illegal alien, whose side are you on?'
Once again.. because I'm sure I'll be called a 'racist' or a 'Nazi' by someone on the Left of the political spectrum, or a Democrat or even possibly by Barak Obama, Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid - Let me state that I myself and 1/2 Guatemalan, 1/2 German, born to immigrant parents WHO CAME HERE LEGALLY! It bothers me greatly for Democrats to lump in all immigrants into one category whereas the LEGAL immigrants who came here I support wholeheartedly, but those who break our laws and take advantage of our generosity to undermine our country, those ILLEGAL immigrants, those are the people who should be hunted down and forced out of our country.
Let's give the good old U.S of A. back to the American people - you know the ones who reside here legally, actually contribute to society and don't undermine it, and lets sure as hell NOT give ILLEGAL immigrants Heath-Care they do not have any right or entitlement to!!!!!!

Instead of pandering to the business community, our elected politicians must execute E-Verify as permanent tool to draw illegal workers away from the workplace? It must not be voluntary to be enforced, with serious penalties for employers who disregard the law. Heavy fines should be imposed, along with asset confiscation and for hiring a large force of illegal foreign workers a lengthy prison sentence. Nobody in the workplace should be exempt from being positively identified as a Citizen or a US permanent resident. Even the longest employed worker should be checked through the system. E-Verification should be built upon, with any new innovations desired to stop jobs being stolen from those legally allowed to work.

Americans in the working environment should report any illegal activity to ICE, so they can investigate. E-Verify is the only substantial program in immigration armory that must not be weakened. It is evident that it’s operational owing to the tireless assault of the ACLU, US Chamber of Commerce to silence its function in the courts. Now is the time to pressure your reluctant elected official, specifically in California. This Sanctuary Refuge for illegal aliens and their families have been overloading schools, hospitals and government welfare benefits to pacify special interest lobbyists. Voters should also immediately mandate installation of E-Verify nationwide in vetting the janitor to an engineer, from a sheet metal worker to an advertising executive.
When the welfare state of California nearly financially collapsed, it can be partially attributed to the massive population of illegal immigrants. The time is ripe to shout aloud of the decades of inflated taxes supporting education to K-12, free medical care and considerably more which stays intentionally undisclosed to the public. Democrats declare in the town hall meetings, that foreign nationals have--NO--access to benefits in Obama's health care reform.
But if a path to citizenship or AMNESTY is not--TABLED--in the coming Immigration Reform session, then one-and-all, will automatically be provided for as new citizens into the health care program. In addition we must consider the gigantic onslaught of millions more who will try to join those already here? WE CANNOT EVEN PROVIDE MEDICAL FOR OUR OWN POPULATION? I CONCUR WITH A PUBLIC OPTION-BUT NOT FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS.
STOP IT ONCE AND FOR ALL NOW AND START A POINTS SYSTEM FOR HIGH ECHELON WORKERS. The poor, uneducated will never stop breaking our laws, for an opportunity reserved for AMERICANS AND LEGAL RESIDENTS. I fully and totally agree with you. I think Immigration Reform needs to, FIRST and FOREMOST, ENFORCE THE LAW. As a direct descendant of immigrants I clearly and loudly say that it is a disgrace to all immigrants who have done it right, come here by the book and waited their turn. There are millions of us out there who feel this way, but somehow get lost among the fray of politics and get lumped into the 'immigrant' category. People assume we support these illegals, who, in fact, disgrace us by their actions... well, WE DO NOT! America is great because it puts Americans 1st! The moment we start catering to people who are here to mooch off of us and put their needs above our own citizens' needs is the day America REVOLTS is a loud and crazy way. One day like and America will retake itself. Yes, there may be 14million illegal aliens, but there are 300million AMERICANS WHO ARE ANGRY AS HELL AND ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!!
