This is just another ploy of the gay/lesbian activists to change the HISTORICAL meaning of marriage, as defined between a MAN and a WOMAN!!!! Gay/lesbian activists got destroyed when Prop 8 passed and banned then from "marriage" as the rest of the world knows it and has known it for the last 2000+ odd years. Yes here we have a SMALL group of people trying to dictate to us what the voters already denied them. Gay/lesbian couples can have their "domestic partnership's" but to force that term or distinctions upon me, a heterosexual man, who believe in the ORIGINAL definition of marriage..let me repeat it for those who don't understand:

All I can say is suck it up gay/lesbian activists, this will never fly. You will be voted down time and time again, 95% of the world is conservative and has been for 2000+ years, your small ideology if passed and enacted into law will be the basis for your destruction. All the quiet people out there, who usually are not into politics or activists issues, will be turned en mass on you liberals who force this crap upon normal good people.
Just beware gay/lesbian activists you may think your protesting is for goodness sake, but in fact YOU are creating the war that is coming and will destroy all of you and your issues.
