Hardened Obama plans new fights
Seriously, they are living in a dream world. There is no bi-partisanship, it is ALL partisan on the democrats side. This article is clearly swooning Obama, making him look as if he has been doing the right thing. Well I'm sorry, everything I have seen is contradictory to everything he said on the campaign trail and contradictory to everything real Americans want and need.
Obama is slowly digging his own grave. This article was correct in one point: "The Washington climate, which led to a party-line vote on the stimulus, has big political implications: It means that Obama will have sole ownership — whether that means credit or blame — for all the massive changes in government he envisions over the coming year." The reaction the American people are going to give Obama and deomcrats is a BIG Heeve-Ho out of power come 2010 and 2012 once they see how damaging the monstrosity of a stimulus bill they are passing, on a strict partisan vote. I don't care that 3 Republicans are voting for it. They are 3 very very liberal Republincas and should not even be counted as Republicans, since they do not share the same values as real conservatives.
I'm an Independet, and any idot can see beyond the smoke and mirrors the Democrats are hiding behind. The American people are starting to have serious BUYERS REMORSE now that they are starting to see Obama and Democrats for the wastefu, anti-American values, and ridiculous spending on socialism expansion they are trying to implement.
I'm just glad the Republican party took a stand (minus the 3 chicken shits from Maine and Pa.) At least someone is doing the RIGHT thing.
