Obama 'declared end' to war on terror: media - Yahoo! News
UNBELEIVEABLE!!! This is simple the word that comes to mind. What will happen when we ARE ATTACKED AGAIN? What will President Obama do? It will show that his policies of comfort and appeasement towards Islamic fascists is pig headed and wrong. It will only prove that President George W. Bush was correct in his initial harshness in policies toward the muslim islamist militants. Remember, after September 11th 2001, there was NOT A SINGLE ATTACK ON THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. NOT ONE!!
Now that the Democrats are in power, in the White House and in Congress there will be no one to blame but the Democrats and their softy policies torwards these Islamic radicals who seek to completely destroy our great country and rebuild it into an Islamic one, where women have to cover up completely. Where the sexes can no longer intermingle without "Vice" police watching with an ever evil eye.
In a sad way, I am almost hoping that we, the United States of America, will be attacked again. It is only in this way that we see the true nature of our enemy and the destruction of our society they covet. What is wrong with America is that we are a microwave society - we want everything done fast, and then we move on. We no longer have the guts or fortitude to see a hard conflict through to it's victorious completion. Thus, we perpetuate the problem and give the Islamic fundamentalists the capacity to regroup, rearm, and attack us again.
War is not fun, nor is preferrable - BUT it is NECCESARY FOR SURVIVAL! Let me repeat that - WAR IS NECCESARY FOR SURVIVAL in certain instances where our own survival is at stake - as is now. President Barak Hussein Obama, hopefully will realize this, and will come to his senses as did President George W. Bush when he looked into the abyss and saw the future of America being destroyed slowly by Muslim fanatics and leftist appeasers like Barak Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and their ilk.
What a sad day in the history of the world where we give the people who are attacking us this very moment, who are trying to destroy us, when we give them more risghts than the people we are trying to protect. THAT is what the Democrats in the Untied States Congress, as well as Barak Obama are trying to do, and are effectivly succeding. Is not the duty of the President of the United States of America to protect the people OF THIS COUNTRY FIRST AND FOREMOST? I ask you then - why is it that Democrats and leftist appeasers alike are doing the exact opposite and setting the USA up for a historical disaster the likes of which has not been seen since the fall of Rome? Honestly, most good hearted Americans cannot fathor what is happeneing to their once great country which is now becoming a socialist, terror appeasment state. I shake my head is disgust at the Democrats.. I mean, are we becoming France? It is no wonder why good Americans who happen to be a part of the Democratic party of leaving in droves to beome Independants. People like Joe Liberman, who was disillutioned with his own party that he broke from them during a presidential election cycle.
Once again, I say this has been a sad day for America. A person with ZERO experience in any matter was elected President of the United States, and no I'm not racist. I just beleive that someone with the right qualifications shold be elected leadrer of the free world, someone who is proven. If you want an African American that I think should have been elected in stead of Barak Obama, how about Colin Powell? He is an accomplished man with credentials to lead our great country. Not someone whose only qualifications is that he was a "community activist/leader, was in Congress for a total of 4 years (2 of which he spent running for president), and voted 90 some odd times "present" on crucial issues.
We need a leader with guts, we need a leader who will not sway with the political wind. I could care less if our President is a good orator and speaker. I would rather have a person with great respect, a person with dignity, a person who can make the hard choices and stick with them through the tough times. Being Preisdent of the United States of America is not about be popular, it's about protecting your country against all odds and doing the right thing in the face of critism.
Preisdent Barak Hussien Obama lacks all of the above, he is untested, but will surely be tested in his first term. Hopefully he will have the spine and thick skin to do what is right for the country during tough times and not bend over backwards to please the leftist terror appeasers. If there is another terrorist attack on the United States, let it happen in San Fransisco where the heart of the leftwing lunitics reside. Let them feel the pain we here in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania felt on 9/11, then we will see just how appeasing they are to those who are continually trying to detroy the greatest nation on earth.
